Effect of Home-Based Rehabilitation Service for Integrated Care in Community

Abstract
This study was conducted to check the effectiveness of home-based rehabilitation services for community integrated care conducted at the Nam-gu Office in Daegu. A skilled rehabilitation specialist provided language rehabilitation, psychological behavior, art therapy or cognitive rehabilitation to 13 people with disabilities in 13 sessions and evaluated cognitive ability through MOCA-K, quality of life through WHOQOL-BREF, daily life ability through FIM, and work performance and satisfaction through COPM. Before and after interventions, there were statistically significant differences in MOCA-K, WHOQOL Social relationships domain, FIM expression, social interaction, total score, COPM performance and satisfaction. But no statistically significant differences were found in other items. The results of this study showed that home-based rehabilitation services for community integrated care have a positive effect on expression and social domain and daily activities in terms of the cognitive level and quality of life of the disabled. The results of this study can be used as a basis for the effectiveness of home-based rehabilitation services for community integrated care.
